# **Senior Technical Delivery Manager****Location: Bellevue, WA (Preferred) - Onsite 4 Days per Week**## **About the Role**We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead and drive the successful delivery of large-scale software and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, Agile program leadership, and stakeholder management to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.The ideal candidate has a solid background in software engineering, Agile delivery, product execution, and enterprise-scale program management. You will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, architecture, and leadership teams, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into measurable outcomes. ## **Key Responsibilities** ### Delivery & Program Management* Lead multiple Agile teams and delivery streams simultaneously.* Drive end-to-end program execution from planning through deployment and post-release support.* Establish project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans.* Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and blockers.* Provide executive-level reporting, delivery metrics, and status updates.* Ensure alignment across product, engineering, architecture, QA, and business teams.### Product Management & Business Alignment* Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define priorities.* Translate business objectives into actionable product and technical roadmaps.* Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, and stakeholder reviews.* Balance competing priorities and maintain focus on business outcomes.* Champion Agile best practices and continuous process improvement.### Technical Leadership* Collaborate closely with engineering teams, architects, and technical leaders.* Understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and technical dependencies.* Drive adherence to SDLC best practices and modern software delivery frameworks.* Support solution design discussions and guide technical decision-making.* Act as a trusted advisor to both business and technical stakeholders.### Agile Delivery & Jira Governance* Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and release readiness reviews.* Manage Jira workflows, dashboards, reporting, and delivery metrics.* Monitor team capacity, velocity, dependencies, and delivery health.* Use data-driven insights to improve predictability, efficiency, and delivery performance.### AI-Driven Productivity & Innovation* Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance project planning, documentation, reporting, and team productivity.* Utilize platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Jira AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.* Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes through automation and AI-assisted workflows.* Drive adoption of innovative practices that improve delivery quality and speed.## **Required Qualifications*** 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Delivery Management, Product Management, or related leadership roles.* Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and enterprise software delivery practices.* Proven experience managing large-scale, complex technology programs.* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.* Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.* Demonstrated success delivering software products and enterprise technology solutions.## **Preferred Qualifications*** Experience within Telecommunications, Wireless, Enterprise Technology, or Digital Transformation environments.* Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams.* Familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).* Experience with APIs, microservices, system integrations, and modern architecture patterns.* PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or related certifications. ## The base salary for this position is $92,250 to $140,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
