Job summary

AHEAD is building platforms for digital business. We seek a Solution Design and Development specialist to design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

You will integrate Power Platform with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure, create connectors and dashboards, ensure security and compliance, mentor junior engineers, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Proficiency in developing both model-driven and canvas apps.
• Strong understanding of integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
• Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and data gateways.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
• Familiarity with C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with Microsoft CoPilot and AI tools.
• Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate or Solution Architect Expert.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Agile methodologies and project management experience.

Responsibilities

Solution Design and Development:

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that drive business value.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Automate workflows and processes to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve existing systems and processes.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Azure Developer Associate

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership and mentoring experience to guide junior engineers.

• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with compliance and security best practices in Power Platform development.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
