As a Storage / Data Protection Senior Technical Consultant, you will utilize your extensive knowledge and experience to design, develop, and deploy solutions utilizing Data Center technologies. You will work with a collaborative team leading, mentoring, and ensuring development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality. You will collaborate with customer service owners, process owners, and various service delivery groups, participating in demos and meetings professionally and courteously. The role requires a highly experienced subject matter expert on Data Center technologies with strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying integrations with external third-party tools. Expect at least 25% travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform File and Object Data analysis and Data Migration.
• Perform Block Data Migration from Storage and Server platforms.
• Participate on project teams to deploy solutions on Dell EMC, Rubrik, Cohesity, Commvault, Nutanix, & NetApp.
• Lead a team of technical delivery resources.
• Lead development and testing activities on PowerMax, XtremIO, Unity, Isilon, DataDomain, Avamar, Vxrail, VxFlex, VxBlock, & HyperFlex.
• Lead the architecture and design of complex solutions.
• Create written deliverables.
• Lead client demos and working sessions.
• Lead integration design sessions and deployment.
• Participate as a technical expert in client workshops.
• Influence team members and external customers regarding policies, best practices, and procedures.
• Mentor junior staff and support project leadership.
• Obtain and maintain relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Subject Matter Expert in File and Object Data analysis and Data Migration.
• Subject Matter Expert in Block Data Migration from Storage and Server platforms.
• Proficient in data migration tooling, including Data Dobi, Komprise, and Cirrus Data Solutions.
• Expertise with PowerMax, XtremIO, Unity, Isilon, DataDomain, Avamar, Vxrail, VxFlex, VxBlock, & HyperFlex.
• Strong skills in integrating with third-party tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and attention to detail skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to travel at least 25%.

The compensation range reflects the On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and target bonus, and varies based on experience, qualifications, and location.
