Job summary

Reltio, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to analyze user needs and determine design feasibility within time and cost constraints.

You will learn and stay up to date on product functionality, dependencies, architecture, and operational impact, and support solutions at massive scale. You will collaborate with engineers, product management and sales to drive enhancements, share best practices, and deliver high-quality technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in the job offered or related occupations.
• MDM software development and multiple full life cycle implementations are required.
• Experience configuring and validating MDM components like comparator, match tokens, survivorship rules; ETL tools; cloud concepts; programming/analysis/design with Java, Python, or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and determine feasibility within time and cost constraints.
• Provide post-sale technical expertise during installation, implementation and maintenance of Reltio’s products.
• Troubleshoot, reproduce and resolve customer technical issues; share best practices with the team.

SENIOR TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

Job Description Summary:

Summary of Duties: Analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Learning and keeping up to date on the latest product functionality, dependencies, underlying architecture and their operational impact. Supporting, enhancing and fixing solutions that support a rapidly growing business at a massive scale. Researching and developing solutions for customer support cases using extensive product knowledge and troubleshooting techniques. Conferring with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Providing input on product and service-related enhancement requests back to Engineering, Product Management, Sales and Marketing teams. Sharing and developing best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support and contribute to the knowledge base. Consulting with customers about software system design and maintenance. Providing top quality technical support assistance, resulting in high customer satisfaction. Resolving customer technical issues through research, reproduction, and troubleshooting. Providing alternate solutions and exercising independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria that lead to prompt resolution of issues. Storing, retrieving, and manipulating data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. Determining methods and procedures on new assignments. Exercising judgment in selecting methods, the evaluating of and adapting of complex techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Directing the application of existing principles and guides development of new policies and ideas. Providing post-sale technical expertise during the installation, implementation, and maintenance of Reltio’s products. Providing detailed customer installation requirements and ensuring the product functions according to specifications. Providing follow-up support to Reltio’s sales staff and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications.

Qualifications:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations (any), Management (any), Engineering (any), Analytics (any), Business (any), Language (any), Telecom, Math, Physics, Electrical/Electronics, or a related field of study AND Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must also have demonstrated experience with the following: Developing Master Data Management (MDM) software with several full life cycle implementations;

Configuring & validating the Comparator, Match tokens, Match & Merge setup and survivorship rules in MDM; Using ETL tools; Cloud-based infrastructure concepts; Programming/analysis/design with Java, Python, or SQL; Data modeling; and SQS or other messaging systems such as JMS.

Salary:

Salary offered for the position is $192,683.00 to $197,683.00/year

100% telecommuting role. Reports to company headquarters in Redwood City, CA. Can work remotely or telecommute.
