Itero Group is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Lead to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will work with development teams, section management, and application teams to solve IT Business solution needs and problems.

The role requires excellent communication skills, expertise in the Application Development lifecycle, and DevOps experience. You will guide incident and change management and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver reliable IT solutions.

Qualifications

• IT Project Management experience.
• Ability to gather and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily stand-ups with the development team.
• Collaborate with managers to solve IT business solution needs.
• Work with application teams to identify and fix technical problems.
• Lead Incident Management and Change Management for applications.
• Provide weekly status updates on projects and initiatives.
• Manage application inventory and documentation.
• Estimate development effort based on business requirements.
• Evaluate and adopt Commercial Off-The-Shelf products.

Itero Group is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Lead. This position will be bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions

with strong communication skills, and expert knowledge of the Application Development lifecycle, as well as experience in DevOps.

The Candidate will be responsible for:

• Plan and coordinate daily stand up with development team.
• Working directly with Section Management to solve IT Business solution needs and problems.
• Collaborating with the Application team to identify and fix technical problems.
• Provide and lead Incident Management & Change Management for the Application support team.
• Provide weekly status updates on development teams project, task, and initiatives
• Responsible for application inventory, application support documentation & organization of the application portfolio
• Review specification business requirements and collaborate with the team on development level of effort estimations for requirements.
• Involved in adopting COTS products

Desired Experience/Skills:

• Familiar with the SCRUM/iterative/waterfall development.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ITSM. Including Remedy & ServiceNow
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand client requirements
