Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, System Engineer, Product Owner Partner, or similar role.
• Deep understanding of technical architecture and system design.
• Proven experience with comprehensive system documentation.
• Telecom industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system documentation and analysis across all layers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational and implementation challenges.
• Research and recommend strategies for customer- and agent-facing systems, technical interfaces, and automation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and engineering/development teams.
• Translate business needs into formal technical requirements and manage them through the full lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and track system issues and improvement opportunities.
