The role supports web, mobile, chat, and voice capabilities for evolving financial needs.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies, analyze APIs, and document interfaces while ensuring alignment with product delivery strategy and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to write SQL queries.
• Experience capturing technical requirements for information systems/applications.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills with leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product ownership to translate business need into technical system requirements.
• Review documentation and test versions of applications and APIs to understand functionality and inform enhancements.
• Investigate enterprise and vendor APIs to determine data availability for capabilities.
• Map data between interfacing systems.
• Assist lead analysts in developing features and epics aligned with product delivery strategy.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and project planning.
• Create system requirement documentation including interface specifications.
• Provide demos to internal teams and business stakeholders.
