• 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and data flows.
• Experience with cloud platforms or enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Facilitation skills to drive clarity among diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to organize complex information into structured documentation.
• Proven experience eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements.
• Proficient in Excel and related documentation tools.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and process reviews to uncover needs.
• Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements.
