Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support SSA’s Digital Modernization Strategy, leading the design of next-generation enterprise APIs and modern interfaces for the Social Security Administration. You will define requirements, write user stories, and guide testing across Agile teams.

The role requires strong SQL, data transformation skills, and experience with manual testing, plus the ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups.

Leidos is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to be part of the mission solution and help lead SSA’s Digital Modernization Strategy. • Knowledge of data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy, WebFOCUS).
• Experience working on Federal Govt Contracts
• Database experience such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SQL and JDBC.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks.
• Previous experience with Social Security Administration.
• Agile certification is desired.

Pay Range

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
