Liberty Blume in Denver is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to lead discovery and delivery across AI, automation and enterprise tech. This senior individual contributor role partners with architects, engineers and product teams to shape technical direction and translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.

You will drive governance, risk management and documentation, mentor colleagues, and influence decision making at executive level while working in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business analysis across complex technology delivery.
• Strong elicitation and story-writing capabilities with clear acceptance criteria.
• Ability to operate autonomously within ambiguous delivery environments.
• Experience partnering with Architects, Engineers and Tech Leads on solution design and data models.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart and similar tools for delivery and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with bias for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements definition for complex, business-critical programmes across AI, automation and enterprise technology.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria across multiple systems and teams.
• Partner with Architects, Principal Engineers and Product teams to shape solution design, integration approaches, APIs, data models and delivery roadmaps.
• Provide expert analysis and constructive challenge to ensure technical solutions remain aligned to business objectives and priorities.
• Lead requirements and analysis activities for agentic AI initiatives, including multi-agent workflows, orchestration, memory management and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in emerging AI and agentic technologies to drive best practice and innovation.
• Drive high standards of requirements governance, traceability and documentation to ensure delivery-ready solutions.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, providing clarity and direction in complex programmes.
• Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, facilitating workshops and influencing key decisions.
• Champion BA best practices and elevate capability across the wider function.
