Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Architect focused on Agentforce for Life Sciences (AFLS). You will partner with the world’s largest life sciences customers to architect AI-first solutions across commercial and clinical operations.

You will serve as a strategic advisor, leverage deep AFLS and Salesforce knowledge, and work with delivery teams to ensure scalable, compliant deployments that maximize business value for pharma and biopharma clients.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
Multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications or AFLS consultant certification.
Hands-on AFLS experience and knowledge of HCP/HCO structures.
Experience implementing for major pharmaceutical companies and knowledge of the agentic enterprise model.

Mansioni

Serve as trusted advisor to the client and guide deployment of AFLS solutions.
Contribute to knowledge base and share expertise with team.
Identify risks and drive issue resolution to ensure successful outcomes.
Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect tech solutions.
Help shape program vision and enable technologies including Salesforce Platform.
