Salesforce Professional Services seeks a Senior Technical Architect focused on Agentforce for Life Sciences (AFLS). You will advise large pharma customers and architect AI-first solutions across commercial and clinical operations.

This role requires 8+ years in enterprise architecture or consulting, 4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects, and strong Salesforce platform design and integration skills. Bachelor’s degree and relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.
• Strong application design skills combined with data, integration, and security architecture skills.
• Experience in the Life Sciences industry, particularly Pharma/Biopharma, with backgrounds in pharmaceutical commercial operations, field force engagement, HCP/HCO relationship management, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong presentation skills, able to present and defend a point of view to various audiences.
• Detail-oriented with ability to rapidly learn and adopt new concepts and technologies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to develop audience-appropriate materials.
• A great listener capable of communicating with people in diverse roles.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Strong experience in integration concepts, designs and patterns.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; active contributor to the community's knowledge base and expertise.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.
• Work collaboratively and communicate clearly, teaching complex concepts with prescriptive thinking.
• Identify and proactively manage risk areas and ensure issues are resolved.
• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners.
• Review and correct project direction and artifacts to keep programs on track and extendable.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions.
