Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Architect focused on Agentforce for Life Sciences (AFLS).

You will advise large pharma clients, architect AI-first solutions, and partner with delivery teams to ensure scalable, sustainable platforms. The role demands a strong background in enterprise architecture, Life Sciences, and deep Salesforce platform knowledge, with leadership and excellent communication.

Qualifications

8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills.
Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma/Biopharma CRM and regulatory workflows.
Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor materials to audience.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies to drive business value.
Communicate complex concepts clearly and teach effectively.
Identify and manage risk areas and drive issue resolution.
Negotiate solutions with customers and partners.
Review program direction to keep initiatives on track.
Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions.
Contribute to program vision and enable technologies including Salesforce Platform.
