Job summary

Wind RiverX is seeking a Senior Professional Services Technical Architect to lead architecture and integration efforts across the Wind River portfolio. This hybrid role blends hands-on delivery with customer-facing consulting and pre-sales involvement.

You will mentor engineers, shape deals, and ensure technical excellence in mission-critical deployments while complying with high-security standards and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• SECRET clearance or ability to obtain and maintain.
• 7–10+ years of experience with Wind River products.
• Federal experience delivering technical solutions.
• Experience with safety/security standards (DO-178C, FACE, IEC61508, IEC62304, ISO26262).
• Strong communication with technical and program stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in a FOCI-mitigated environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for mission-critical projects across architecture and delivery teams.
• Work with customer engineering teams to align requirements with feasible designs.
• Develop integration strategies, roadmaps, and technical artifacts.
• Support pre-sales with architectural approaches and feasibility assessments.
• Mentor engineers and elevate technical contributors across the team.
