Job summary

Client Company name is seeking a hands-on Technical Architect to design high-throughput, event-driven distributed systems and mentor developers to maintain craftsmanship. You will work closely with Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps teams, align application architecture with IaC and GitOps, and drive best practices for observability, testing and production readiness.

Experience of 11+ years and deep skills across cloud platforms, microservices, and cost-optimized design are highly valued in this

Qualifications

• 11+ years of hands-on software development with 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Programming in Java or .NET (C#) with ability to build services.
• Strong DevOps and cloud experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience designing microservices and applying SAGAs (orchestration and choreography).
• Experience with distributed tracing and observability tools (OpenTelemetry).
• Knowledge of cost-aware cloud design and data storage options (SQL/NoSQL).

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, event-driven distributed systems and ensure data integrity.
• Mentor developers, review code and promote craftsmanship.
• Review IaC configurations (Terraform, Helm) and ensure deployment readiness.
• Collaborate with DevOps for Kubernetes optimization and GitOps alignment.
• Lead incident triage, post-mortems and production reliability improvements.
