A leading advertising software company is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to oversee technical onboarding and support for CTV and programmatic advertising integrations. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience and a strong technical background. This role offers a salary range of $115,000 - $140,000 and includes benefits like fully paid health insurance and unlimited PTO.
Senior Technical Account Manager - IRIS.TV at Viant to support Data Partner and Ad Platform integrations across the programmatic video and CTV ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for leading onboarding, technical support, and ongoing maintenance for publishers, broadcasters, SSPs, DSPs, and ad servers, serving as the primary technical contact for partners.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless integrations, manage taxonomy ingestion, monitor enrichment performance, and proactively resolve technical issues. By bridging the gap between partner needs and Viant’s platform capabilities, you will help drive adoption, retention, and overall success of IRIS-enabled data solutions in market.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in CTV and programmatic advertising, hands-on experience with integrations, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 a year
