HJF is seeking a Sr. Technology Transfer Specialist to support MCCRP by coordinating research agreements and assisting with the commercialization of innovations.

The role involves liaison work with the HJF Technology Transfer office and engagement with DoD, NIH, and industry partners to advance military medicine research. Responsibilities include managing invention disclosures, universal agreement requests, MTAs, DSAs, NDAs, CRADAs, IAAs, and DSAA applications, with a focus on timely, compliant

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain MCCRP department files and assist with initiating, organizing, completing department projects.
• Maintain understanding of MCCRP research priorities and external developments (DoD, NIH, industry).
• Participate in USU research activities, seminars, symposia and Research Day events; interface with USU staff on developments.
• Work with researchers to develop and submit invention disclosures to HJF Technology Transfer office.
• Gather information to complete universal agreement request forms for MTAs, DSAs, NDAs, and CRADAs.
• Enter requests and coordinate IAAs to establish agreements to transfer funds from USU to another Government agency.
• Support MCCRP research and related agency requirements.
• Gather information and complete DHA Data Sharing Agreement Applications (DSAA).
• May perform other duties as assigned or required by supervisor.
