Job summary
Cambridge Mobile Telematics (CMT) seeks a Senior Technical Support Engineer to help customers resolve complex mobile, SDK, and backend issues. You will deliver high-quality technical assistance while prioritizing customer satisfaction and effective communication.
The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Jira/Confluence, and a CS or related degree. Collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Sales is essential, along with knowledge-base maintenance and RCA reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification in a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant working experience in troubleshooting issues directly with external clients/customers.
- Experience with external support ticket system and adhering to SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and accurate technical assistance for complex challenges while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and edit customer support knowledge bases and FAQs.
- Debug complex issues and create reproducible test cases.
- Provide escalated technical and triage support for advanced issues.
