Job summary

SambaNova Systems in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with hardware engineering. You will own full lifecycle recruiting for Design Verification, ASIC/RTL design, physical design, and PCB/systems engineering, working with hiring managers to define roles and close top talent in a competitive market.

This is a 6-month contract with the option to extend or convert to full-time based on performance. Base salary range is $170,000—$230,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting focused on semiconductors.
• Filling roles such as Design Verification, ASIC/RTL, and Physical Design.
• Proven success sourcing and closing passive talent.
• Existing network within silicon engineering community.
• Ability to influence senior engineering leadership.
• Strong writing and organizational skills.
• AI fluency to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hardware hiring managers to define roles and write job descriptions.
• Source passive silicon talent via LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and conferences.
• Own full lifecycle recruiting for hardware across multiple design domains.
• Maintain tight feedback loops across interviewers and stakeholders.
• Keep data accurate in Greenhouse and track key metrics.
