Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience focused on Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to build sourcing and closing approaches with ROI awareness.
• Attract passive candidates and assess fit beyond selling roles.
• Build a network through proactive market research and manage candidate relationships.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and manage interview-to-offer ratios.
• Participate in recruitment initiatives and continuous process improvement.
• Screen and prepare ideal candidate slate within timelines.
