Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer onboarding & stakeholder management
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with Legal/privacy compliance and consent for web portals
  • Process optimization
  • Solid communication and problem-solving
  • Experience with Authentication systems and workflows

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the Identity domain of healthcare Industry
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex technical products
  • 5+ years working with software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
  • 5+ years working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha, Rally, Miro
  • 2+ years of experience with user experience (UX) design principles and methods


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Project Management Professional)
  • Experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
  • Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and expectations effectively
  • Familiarity with healthcare technologies, data analytics, and APIs
  • Proven exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards a common goal
  • Proven solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to inform product decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and technologies

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
