IDR, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead a major retail transformation, migrating legacy store applications to a centralized enterprise platform.
You will partner with IT, business and operations teams to translate real-world store usage into actionable requirements and define the product strategy and roadmap. The role requires 6+ years in product management, with a strong technical background and proven modernization experience across mobile and web platforms.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership.
- Experience with legacy system modernization.
- Experience with mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of internal store-facing applications into a centralized enterprise platform.
- Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for the transition from legacy systems to a modern platform.
- Collaborate with IT, business, and operations teams to translate store usage into product requirements.
- Conduct discovery through user observation and stakeholder interviews to inform development.
- Partner with engineering and integration teams to align feasibility with business needs.
