The role combines hands-on leadership with active contribution to planning, development, and execution of procurement initiatives. You will lead procurement teams, develop schedules, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure delivery of solicitation materials, evaluations, and awards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex procurement and related activities.
• 5+ years in public-sector procurement.
• Experience with large-scale technology modernization and IT services procurements.
• Experience leading end-to-end competitive solicitations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
