Qualifications

• Prior focus on internal technical products, developer tools, and/or ads and content ranking.
• Comfortable working in complex data systems and understanding the machine learning lifecycle.
• Genuine passion for machine learning and AI.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical constraints into product roadmaps.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for Reddit's Ads ML platform.
• Build products that reduce friction for MLEs and Data Scientists.
• Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize platform initiatives.
• Own KPIs around platform reliability and performance.
• Stay updated with the ML ecosystem and apply emerging technologies.
