Qualifications

• 6+ years of combined academic and industry experience applying ML to ranking or prediction problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and development of pCTR and conversion prediction models.
• Design and implement debiasing techniques and improve model accuracy.
• Collaborate on Foundation Models using autoregressive user behavior prediction.

Skills

Deep understanding of CTR/conversion prediction modeling

Strong foundation in causal inference

Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks

Strong written and verbal communication skills
