Qualifications

• 7+ years in SRE, infrastructure engineering, or network engineering.
• Deep understanding of IP networking, routing, tunneling protocols.
• Experience with vendor management for critical infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with observability platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mobile Core Platform responsible for health and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee software upgrade cycles.
• Design AI-driven operational tooling to enhance performance.
• Provide mentorship and technical direction across engineering teams.
• Participate in incident response and facilitate problem resolution.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams on network asks.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and operational tooling.
