Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids is seeking an on-site program support professional to manage procurement, kitting, and documentation for Resilient Connectivity Products. You will coordinate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion and maintain accurate records.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain/maintain government clearance. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

This position provides onsite hardware support for Resilient Connectivity Products (RCP). You will deliver administrative and project coordination support by managing procurement and kitting activities, tracking project tasks, coordinating documentation and software revisions, overseeing peer review processes, preparing shipping documentation, and collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

What You Will Do
  • Track assets including management of engineering supplies
  • Serve as access focal for engineering teams

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Experience with customer support and service

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
