Responsibilities

Advance software engineering practices through processes and tools at enterprise level.
Lead the creation of end-to-end solution designs and coordinate stakeholders to support development initiatives.
Develop and document detailed solution designs and act as a domain SME through lifecycle stages.
Ensure alignment with architecture and development standards across applications and platforms.
Identify improvements/solutions (buy/build/reuse) to enhance customer experience and reduce cost.
Collaborate with Technology partners to define metrics and performance goals for applications.
