Job summary

KKR is seeking a high-caliber Technology & Data Risk leader to join its Enterprise Risk Leadership Team in New York. This senior role will oversee technology and data risk across KKRs risk domain, while maintaining an enterprise-wide perspective.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to identify emerging risks, strengthen governance, and drive proactive risk insights for senior management and board forums.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in Enterprise Risk or related disciplines, preferably in Financial Services or consulting.
• Led enterprise-wide risk programs, oversight functions, or risk transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERM principles, governance frameworks, and industry practices.
• Experience engaging directly with senior executives, risk committees, and boards.
• Knowledge of Technology, Cyber, and Data Risk management practices.
• Proven ability to build, mature risk frameworks, operating models, and cross-domain oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of one or more enterprise risk domains, with focus on Technology and Data Risk.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology leadership, control functions, and governance forums.
• Identify emerging risks, challenge risk management practices, and provide integrated risk perspectives.
• Shape and mature KKRs Risk Domain Office and enterprise risk oversight capabilities.
