Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience advising on technology product-related issues and negotiating and drafting technology transactions.
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
• Creative problem-solver with the business acumen to resolve complex issues in creative and efficient ways and give practical product advice.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaborate across teams and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise the Apple Find My team on commercial transactions, regulatory issues, and product development.
