Job summary

Staffbase seeks a Senior Technical Consultant to lead the technical side of enterprise customer rollouts. You will work with customers and IT teams to design scalable architectures, oversee integrations with Microsoft, SAP, Workday, Okta, and ADP, and guide API/SDK usage to fulfill use cases.

Fluent English and Spanish are essential. You’ll run technical workshops, manage project plans, mentor peers, and partner with Sales, CSMs, and System Integrators to embed Staffbase in the customer’s core

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development, consulting, professional services, or sales engineering in enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to run workshops and present to executives.
• Strong grounding in integration, solution architecture, and security.
• Able to diagnose integration issues using logs and command line.
• Experience working with Sales, Success, Consultants, and System Integrators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and rollout plan for complex enterprise implementations from discovery through launch.
• Run technical discovery workshops with customer IT, security, and business stakeholders and translate findings into a scalable Staffbase architecture.
• Advise on and oversee integrations with systems like Microsoft, SAP, Workday, Okta, and ADP across multi-system landscapes.
• Guide customers on using Staffbase APIs and SDKs to fulfill use cases.
• Collaborate with Technical Specialists to deliver customized client applications meeting CI requirements.
• Manage the technical project plan, resources, risks, and status communication.
