• 8-10+ years' experience in commercial cooking equipment maintenance and repair.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and gas systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work on-call and independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
