Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Sr. PLM Engineer specializing in Siemens Teamcenter for its Pontiac, MI headquarters.

This is a 100% on-site role, open to direct hire or contract. You will support maintenance and expansion of the Teamcenter PLM system and provide guidance to all levels of the organization. You will work with PLM and Configuration Management teams, install and configure Rich Client, BMIDE, workflows, and various Teamcenter components, plus mentor junior staff and keep up with PLM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering required.
• 5+ years of Teamcenter Rich Client experience including installation and configuration; BMIDE, workflows, stylesheets, Structure Manager, Access Manager, Organization and indexer; end-user support.
• C/C++ ITK customization; HTML, XML, Windows Batch, PowerShell, Java and Python.
• Teamcenter/NX Managed mode and NX customizations.
• Windows and Linux server administration.
• Jira and Bitbucket/Git or similar, working on a team of software engineers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Teamcenter system (workflows, stylesheets, access control).
• Create deployment packages for monthly Teamcenter builds.
• Suggest improvements to workflows to increase efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues affecting one or many users.
• Mentor and cross-train junior team members.
• Stay current with PLM trends and recommend enhancements.
