Qualifications

• Prior management experience in grocery operations/retail or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret Profit and Loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select and train Team Members.
• Direct the work of Team Members.
• Appraise productivity and efficiency for promotions or changes in status.
• Handle Team Member issues including complaints.
• Discipline Team Members as needed.
• Plan and assign work to Team Members.
• Ensure safety and security of Team Members and the store.
• Manage department or location budget.
• Manage inventory for department or location.
• Monitor or implement compliance measures.
• Oversee training to reduce turnover and control labor costs.
