• Plan, develop and implement activities for TB surveillance and investigation.
• Coordinate with physicians, hospitals, and laboratories to identify suspects and cases.
• Provide monitoring and technical assistance to health care facilities for program indicators.
• Back up in Contact Investigation and field visits as needed.
• Maintain documentation in HMS and participate in case reviews.
