We are seeking a Senior Tax Supervisor advancing to Tax Manager, focusing on complex returns, tax planning, and direct client relationships with real estate and owner-operated businesses.

Qualifications

• CPA or EA
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong review experience
• Client-facing advisory and tax planning exposure
• Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment
• Bonus points for Real Estate Investors, Rental Properties, Cost Segregation, 1031 Exchanges, Multi-State Tax

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and preparing complex business and individual returns
• Leading tax planning and strategy discussions
• Managing client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor
• Reviewing staff work and helping develop team members
• Working directly with business owners, entrepreneurs, and real estate investors
