Neil Jesani Advisors, Inc. is seeking a Director of Taxes & Operations to lead the tax preparation, review, and compliance division. This full-time, in-person role is based in South Florida and oversees 20+ tax professionals, ensuring end-to-end tax production with technical excellence.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of tax experience, active CPA/EA/JD, and expertise in multi-state filings and equity compensation. Competitive executive compensation and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Active CPA, EA, or JD with tax specialization.
• Experience leading a large tax team in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state tax, equity compensation, and tax controversy.

Responsabilidades

• Direct end-to-end tax preparation, review, and filing for diverse entities.
• Serve as final technical review authority on complex client filings.
• Lead and optimize tax department operations and KPIs.
• Provide executive-level tax advisory to clients and internal stakeholders.

Conocimientos

CPA/EA/JD license

Educación

Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance

MST/MAcc/LL.M. in Taxation preferred
