(Tax LL.M. preferred), and a track record with partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience.
• J.D. required (Tax LL.M. preferred).
• Experience with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations.

Responsibilities

• Research and analysis of federal income tax issues.
• Assist with M&A tax structuring, internal restructuring.
• Draft emails and memos.
• Draft Firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax.
• Assist with Firm-wide trainings in federal income tax.
• Assist with Federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions.
