• Experience with LLC and partnership tax issues including allocations, liabilities, capital shifts, continuations, divisions, and profits interests.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and tax research databases (Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint).

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues (e.g., accounting methods, operating partnerships).
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructurings.
• Draft emails and memos for internal and client communications.
• Draft firm-wide alerts on current developments in tax.
• Assist with firm-wide trainings.
