Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 is seeking a Principal Tax Manager to lead the tax function across income, transaction, and property taxes. This role partners with Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, Operations, Procurement and external advisors to ensure US federal, state and local tax compliance and planning for a growing fiber infrastructure business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or taxation required.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in corporate tax and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal, state, and local income tax compliance and reporting.
• Oversee ASC 740 tax provisions and deferred tax calculations.
• Coordinate audits, nexus analyses, and tax registrations.
• Develop scalable tax processes and controls for growth.
