Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience.

• Advanced Excel skills and ability to utilize other technology resources.

• Strong influencing and collaboration across regions.
• Leading projects and processes with independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and help develop tax planning strategy including IP planning, product sourcing, substance/business model.
• Evaluate and recommend tax-efficient structures for expansion into new jurisdictions.
• License, acquisitions and divestitures transactions with Tax Counsel Group collaboration.
• Advise on tax matters for various business initiatives.
• Product Sourcing & Network Strategies with Supply-Chain and Finance teams.
• Transfer pricing implementation, 6662 documentation, modelling and financial flow design.
• Support related controversy and manage tax reporting obligations.
