SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr Manager, Tax in Austin, TX to lead U.S. federal/state tax compliance, ASC 740 accounting, and international tax strategy.

The role partners with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, and external advisors to manage tax risk and support strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing multi-jurisdiction tax compliance, transfer pricing, intercompany arrangements, and global tax provision processes with SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA license preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate tax experience including US federal/state tax compliance and ASC 740 accounting.
• Proficient with Netsuite ERP, OneSource tax software, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end U.S. federal and multi-state corporate income tax compliance, including return filings, extensions, and estimated payments.
• Oversee international tax compliance and reporting for non-U.S. entities across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions.
• Manage ASC 740 tax provision processes, tax footnotes, and disclosures under US GAAP; support SOX controls.
• Assist with tax controversy, audits, and coordination with external advisors.
