Job summary

Renaissance Financial seeks an experienced Advanced Tax Planning Strategist (CPA) to design proactive, multi-year tax strategies for high-net-worth clients and to serve as a strategic resource for financial advisors and clients across the firm.

The role requires deep technical depth in federal and multi-state income tax law, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to lead substantive discussions with clients, advisors, attorneys, and outside CPAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA designation required.
• Minimum 8–15 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting, private client tax, family office, transaction advisory, or advanced planning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sophisticated federal and multi-state tax strategies for individuals and businesses.
• Lead tax planning analysis and implementation coordination across major wealth decisions.
• Review returns through a planning lens and coordinate with outside preparers.
