Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in U.S. federal and international tax.
• Experience in a major law firm, Big Four, or in-house tax role.
• Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound taxation and cross-border planning.
• Ability to advise complex multinational organizations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic tax guidance across U.S. domestic and international matters.
• Advise on business structuring, cross-border transactions, and operating models.
• Partner with business leaders to manage tax risk with commercial objectives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate tax provisions in contracts and deals.
• Support transfer pricing, BEPS, FATCA, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with audits and external advisors as needed.
