Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Tax Senior to join the finance and tax team in a hybrid role based in Houston, TX. You will manage federal and multi-state partnership tax filings across a diversified portfolio of entities and coordinate with external advisors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of partnership tax experience, advanced Excel skills, and a CPA or Master’s in Taxation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 4–8 years of tax experience in public accounting, industry, or both.
• Demonstrated experience with federal and state partnership tax compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate federal and multi-state partnership income tax filings across a portfolio of entities.
• Assist with estimated payments, extensions, notices, and tax authority correspondence.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and internal accounting teams.
• Monitor and analyze changes in federal and state tax legislation and assess impact across the organization.
• Prepare direct tax filings and provide audit support.
• Participate in special research projects, transactions, and tax planning initiatives across the investment portfolio.
• Strong understanding of partnership taxation concepts and multi-entity structures.
