Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Tax Reporting & Compliance to lead the ASC 740 tax provisioning and U.S. federal/state compliance.

You will partner with Tax leadership, Corporate Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Internal Audit, and external advisors to manage quarterly and annual provisions, tax disclosures, and audits in a multinational retail context. Excellent knowledge of ASC 740, strong analytical and project management skills, and CPA with 8+ years of experience are required for this

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field.
• CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive corporate income tax experience.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 740 and public company tax provisioning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual income tax provision process under ASC 740.
• Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns and extensions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and advisors on tax matters and disclosures.
• Maintain SOX controls and tax documentation for compliance.
• Advance tax planning, research, and process improvements.
