Job summary

Tapestry is seeking a Senior Manager, Tax Reporting & Compliance to lead U.S. federal and state income tax processes and ASC 740 reporting. You will partner with Tax leadership, Corporate Accounting, Treasury, Legal, internal and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate tax provision and compliance obligations.

The role manages quarterly and annual provisions, tax disclosures, planning, and process improvements, helping the company navigate complex tax matters across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience with ASC 740 tax accounting and income tax provisions.
• Strong track record in corporate tax compliance and reporting.
• Ability to partner with Tax leadership, Accounting, Treasury and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual global income tax provision under ASC 740.
• Review and oversee tax rate analyses, tax reserves, and disclosures.
• Forecast income tax expense and cash taxes; coordinate with auditors.
