What You’ll Do
Client Leadership & Tax Strategy
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to individuals and businesses, providing proactive tax planning and strategic guidance.
  • Lead complex federal, state, and local tax compliance engagements across a variety of entity types.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and exceptional service.
  • Identify tax-saving opportunities and develop tailored strategies that align with client goals.
Technical Expertise & Engagement Oversight
  • Review and approve complex tax returns, workpapers, and supporting documentation with a high level of accuracy and technical excellence.
  • Research and interpret evolving tax laws and regulations, advising clients and internal teams on implications and opportunities.
  • Monitor legislative and economic developments to proactively guide clients through changing tax environments.
  • Manage engagement budgets, workflow, profitability, and project timelines effectively.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals at multiple levels, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Provide leadership on challenging tax matters and support team members in delivering high-quality work.
  • Partner with firm leadership on strategic initiatives, process improvements, and service innovation.
Business Development & Firm Growth
  • Participate in client proposals, presentations, and networking initiatives to support business development efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client services and strengthen long‑term relationships.
  • Represent the firm within professional and industry organizations to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
What You Bring
  • CPA license required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
