Who You Are

• You have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• You possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• You are passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• You have excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries to support our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role, requiring the use of our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions for accurate records.
