Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA license in state of residence required.
• 12+ years of Tax experience in public accounting with ability to sell and deliver tax services.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior tax client service leader or capability leader for complex client needs and firm priorities.
• Lead teams in the delivery of tax services across capabilities, industries, and geographies.
• Manage multiple engagements, monitor status, resources, and client expectations.
• Identify technical tax matters and opportunities, guiding teams through complex issues.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to understand goals and connect clients with expertise.
• Support growth through pipeline development, cross-firm collaboration, and market activity.
• Manage profitability, billing, collections, and engagement economics.
• Apply quality, risk, ethics, and professional judgment to all activities.
• Use digital tools and standardized processes to improve efficiency.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams and leaders.
